The JCB 535-95 is a full-sized 3-stage telescopic handler. It uses JCB's award-winning new EcoMAX engine and sits on a chassis that's designed for load-bearing and stability.
The 535-95's EcoMAX engine meets stage IIIB/Tier 4i legislation without using a bukly DPF, which, in turn, brings benefits like great visibility, low running costs and more uptime. To increase productivity still further, there's a variable-speed cooling fan on 81kW engine, as well as instant steering selection between three modes.
Performance/Productivity: JCB Loadall's (or 'telescopic handlers') are extremely manoeuvrable, the compact wheelbase and large streeing lock angles save's the driver valuable time on site.
JCB's efficient EcoMAX T4i motor produces its power and torque at low engine speeds for great responsiveness.
There's excellent rearward visibility on a 535-95, because of the low boom profile and low boom pivot.
The 535-95 comes with 4WD as standard, helping the operator maintain plenty of traction even in soft, muddy areas. There's also an optional transmission dump on the foot brake for superb multifunctioning when loading or rehanding.
JCB's Smoothride System (SRS) cushions shocks from the boom, increasing operator comfort (and therefore productivity) when travelling at speed on the road or on uneven surfaces.
The 535-95 Loadall has three selectable steer modes. There's two wheel steer, which is ideal for travelling at high speed on the road; four-wheel steer for working in tight spaces; and crab steer for manoeuvring close to walls and buildings.
535-95 Loadall is fitted with a tough inverted U-shaped boom pressing with fully welded closing plates. For extra strength JCB limit the number of joints and stress points across the integrated boom nose and one-piece closing plate.
The boom is mounted low in the chasis, providing a rigid structure and maximum over-the-shoulder visibility. Hoses are routed through the boom for maximum protection, while boom overlaps of up to 1.0M ensure ultimate strength and durability.
Side-mounted recessed bonnets and fold-up rear lights are designed to avoid on-site damage.
The new 535-95 telescopic handler's stringent testing programme has included prolonged high stress loading of the chassis, boom and other key components.
To prove how good the EcoMAX engines are, JCB have tested them for 110,000 hours in 70 different machines across the toughest applications and envirinments.
A one-piece fully welded chassis maximises the strength and minimises the weight of the JCB 535-95 tele-handler.
Visibility on a 535-95 is excellent, courtesy of a cleverly-packaged driveline and sloping bonnet.
On bright days, standard-fit tinted cab glass will reflect 30% of the sun's energy for enhanced operator comfort.
The cab is one of the largest around, boasting class-leading low noise levels; excellent air flow, ventilation and demisting.
